Bridget Townsend is the Co-founder and Head of School of The Performing Arts Conservatory (TPAC), an innovative, inquiry-based school dedicated to equipping and empowering youth to realize their God-given potential as creative individuals. TPAC will provide an environment where students will grow intellectually, focusing on their gifts and talents in music, dance, and drama, while training them to be future leaders. Bridget holds a Master of Science Degree in Management with a Human Resources Specialization from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Arts dual degree from Northwood University in Management and Marketing. And while Bridget’s professional background includes experience as a Human Resources Director, Executive Director of a local college, and Adjunct Professor, it is her roles as co-founder/executive director and now Head of School of The Performing Arts Conservatory, Inc. that align with her life’s calling. She is a tireless advocate for youth, amplifying their voices and equipping them with the resources and support they need to become thriving adults.
