Dr. Amy B. Cooper is an experienced educational leader and Board Certified Behavior Analyst dedicated to helping students build the skills they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond. As founder and CEO of Great Heights ABA, she has developed innovative programs that accelerate learning, close achievement gaps, and support social-emotional development for children with diverse needs. Through the Drexel Fund Alternate Path program Amy will be refining the design for Great Heights Academy, a 120-student school for neurodiverse students targeting a Fall 2026 or 2027 launch in Fort Wayne, Indiana. With a doctorate in organizational leadership and over 25 years of experience in education, ABA, and clinical design, Dr. Cooper is known for creating systems that support whole-child development and family engagement. Her work spans early childhood to adulthood and emphasizes readiness for learning, social connection, and behavioral growth. Dr. Cooper has co-founded multiple organizations, served in higher education, and led statewide efforts to improve access to quality services. She is passionate about equipping students to reach their full potential through science-based, compassionate approaches.
