Ambika Dani is the Founder of The Ever School, a proposed private school in Columbus, Ohio, designed to cultivate ever-curious, ever-seen learners with the skills to contribute meaningfully and thrive in an ever-changing world. Proposed to open in fall 2028, The Ever School will be a place where children are deeply known, challenged with care and supported to develop agency, curiosity and the habits of lifelong learners.
Ambika brings more than 15 years of experience across private, public charter and innovative school settings. She previously founded and led Promesa Academy, a public charter school in San Antonio, where she served as Founder and Superintendent and built the school’s academic model, team, operations and community partnerships from the ground up. Most recently, she served as Founding Head of Programs at National Math Stars, where she led the program design and launch of the organization’s initial cohort. Earlier in her career, Ambika was a founding math teacher at THINK Global School and taught mathematics at Saint Ann’s School in Brooklyn.
A first-generation immigrant, Ambika grew up in Lagos, Nigeria and Bangalore, India, before moving to New York City for college. She holds a BA in mathematics and an MA in mathematics education from Columbia University.
